Your tracking link is sent straight to your inbox. Here's how to find it.
Check your email
Go into the inbox you used to place your order. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder too — sometimes it ends up there.
Find your confirmation or shipping email
Look for a message with your order number in it. If your order has shipped, you'll also have a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Track your order
Head to our tracking site and enter your order number to see its live status: tdtrack.net
What to look for
Subject: Your order is on its way!
From: orders@yourbrand.com
Inside, you'll find your order number — copy it and enter it at tdtrack.net to see your tracking status.
Can't find the email, or your order hasn't shipped yet? Contact us and include the email you used at checkout — we'll look it up for you.
